It started early in the season, I was excited, they are here to stay…at least for the summer anyway – the cut off short! Every designer brand worth its salt came out with a smokin’ cut-off short (or shorts) this season and truthfully, I have just about loved them all!
Here, Kristen goes for the Siwy Camilla cut-off. However, throughout the season we have seen cut-offs of all styles, rise and wash on celebs. Here are some favorites here at celeb:
