Miley is clearly a fan of the “high waist” this season: seen here, here, here and here in the Chloe – some good and some not so good. However, the cut-off short combined with the high waist is, in my opinion, the way to go. There is just something about that combo that is sexy without being trashy
I would have to say this is my favorite outfit from Miley utilizing the high waist style. But, then again, I am a sucker for the grunge look. But, that’s just me.
