Blake Lively in Current/Elliott Skinny in Patriot on the set of Gossip Girl
I write about Current/Elliott alot, like really alot but it is hard to argue with perfection. And yes, I will go out on a limb and say the C/E skinnys are just that! Crazy soft – like “butta” and fantastic fit. And lets talk about fit for a minute. If you want a skin tight look, my recommendation is to go down one size in the skinny. However, if you want the fit intended by Emily Current and Meritt Elliott, as in fitted but hangs on the body in just the right way – go for your true size. Truthfully, I have both.
Now, for Blake. I love the the dark patriot wash, classic look, with the motorcycle boots, leather hoodie and for the girlie touch – blinged out top! Plus, she looks happy. A nice pair of C/E’s will do that for a girl. I’m just sayin’.
