Seriously, there is a reason you see them on the celebs so much and there is also a reason the J Brand Lovestory frequently gets treated to special events. They are dependable. You can depend on them to look great and stay that way for the duration.
How fabulous does Katherine look for her promotion tour as she styles them with beautiful sequin top and pointy toe pumps? Pretty fab for my part. And I don’t have to worry about going postal and wanting to snatch them from her…these, I have and love on a regular basis. However, the jacket, well, that is another story…I’m just sayin’.

Here is the thing. Nikki has been a little Where’s Waldo lately. As in she must be around…shopping…dining…but somehow she is ducking the paps photos. Oh well, we have more than enough celebs cruising around in denim to keep us busy. Nonetheless, Nikki has all of a sudden made some appearances this week so I thought I would give her a little blog time.

January 4, 2012 – Enjoying the sunnier California climate, Halle Berry, was yesterday spotted out and about in Brentwood wearing what appears to be one of her favorite pairs of jeans this season – MET”s !WI WINTER” jeans.
Clearly a fave of Halle’s as she has been photographed in her MET WI Winter jeans several times. I just gotta ask – what is up with the name? I am not in the loop I guess – no news flash there. All that aside, cute jeans, right?
I hope you readers appreciate how I suffer for the sake of denim disclosure! I went on a search for a picture of these particular MET jeans so you could all enjoy their coolness; but all I got for my trouble was a whole bunch of MET jeans on Yoox that I now want…oh, and a pair of PRPS – but that might be my own fault…sigh.
Ok, pitty party over. Halle has a flair for jeans that look comfy and livable, but also stylish. On a side note… I am wishing I was back in Cali so I could wear tank tops in January, too. I’m just sayin’.

Gwen always looks like her cool self. However, I was especially excited to see her today in these G-Star skinny woman’s jeans – which I am thinking is the Midge. I have written about the guys wearing G-Star (Joe Manganiello and Justin Bieber), but this is the first time I have caught up with a celeb in one of the Woman’s styles. I like the converse tenny’s touch, too, because, well, that is what I would wear – I must be cooler than I realize (not!).

Admittedly, not a brand I am hugely familiar with and as long as we are confessing…I am just not sure about the wash on these jeans. I mean, I like the red color, but something about the dark shading gives off an acid wash feel and from there I start falling into the part of the 80′s I try desperately to forget!
However pretty awesome color for spring and the Superdry Vintage site is loaded with very cool-esque jeans, jackets, tees and 90′s inspired plaid shirts. And that, I am all on board with.
So whether you are digging Pippa’s style or not,

January 23rd, actress Vanessa Paradis wore the J Brand Super Skinny Leather Legging in Red while at the premiere of her new film “Café de Flore.”
Vanessa always looks great, although I tend to like her better in dresses ( and with Johnny Depp close by). However, here she takes on a tougher edge (maybe indicative of the crud she must be slogging through in her personal life right now) and wears some actual leather J brand leggings…in red.
Take note: These are actual leather – not the Coated Leather Looking Denim we have seen so much this season. Seriously, I had a pair almost like this many many moons ago. Although, I didn’t look like Vanessa in them…at all…which is why they disappeared somewhere along the line…and all remaining picture evidence destroyed. It was my ‘community service’.
Oh well, good luck Vanessa – send Johnny home. We will look after him, we still love him. I’m just sayin’.
